49ers WR Samuel activated; Ford, Reed put on IR

The 49ers officially welcomed receiver Deebo Samuel back to the roster on Saturday, but his return comes at the expense of defensive end Dee Ford and tight end Jordan Reed heading to short-term injured reserve.
