49ers players irked fans cheered when QB hurt

Eric Reid and Reuben Foster were among 49ers players to state their disappointment with 49ers fans for cheering while quarterback C.J. Beathard was still on the ground after a hard hit Sunday. The injury led to Jimmy Garoppolo's debut with the team.
