Patrick Corbin is a “long shot” to pitch again in 2026 due to a teres major strain, Blue Jays manager John Schneider told reporters (including Sportsnet’s Arden Zwelling and MLB.com’s Keegan Matheson).  This already seemed the case after the Jays shifted Corbin to the 60-day injured list on August following an initial 15-day IL placement on July 22, so the best-case scenario would’ve seen the left-hander back just for the last week of the regular season.
