Running recap: Grinding crash brings Michigan race to halt

A vicious crash between Chase Elliott and Christopher Bell brought Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway to a halt on Lap 150.Elliott was racing to Bell’s left entering Turn 3 in a battle for second place on Lap 148 when his No. 9 Chevrolet started to slip loose.
