Gateway Introduces New ‘Rowdy Trophy’ in Honor of Kyle Busch

Gateway is paying tribute to the late Kyle Busch by introducing the track’s new trophy prior to Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race. Busch, who passed away suddenly on May 21, earned his 63rd and final Cup Series win at Gateway, also known as World Wide Technology Raceway, back in June 2023.Gateway is calling it the “Rowdy” trophy, an homage to Busch’s signature nickname he earned during his illustrious NASCAR career.
