Jessica Eye is now 3-0 since going to the UFC flyweight division, and she wants a crack at the winner of UFC 231’s co-main event.
The Cleveland native earned a split-decision victory on Saturday night over Katlyn Chookagian in a hard-fought, if not exactly thrilling, contest, taking two out of three 29-28 scores at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena.
After the fight, she said she wanted the winner of the bout between Valentina Shevchenko and Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the vacant 125-pound belt.
