Royce Gracie believes competitive jiu-jitsu doesn't help with self defense

HOUSTON -- MMA pioneer Royce Gracie told the media after the Bellator 149 presser that despite the worldwide proliferation of jiu-jitsu, the kind of style used in competitions doesn't help with self defense or fighting.
