Josh Barnett remembers Ben Rothwell asking for advice when he was 'just a kid'

HOBOKEN, N.J. – After putting on one of the more memorable open workouts on Thursday at the UFC Gym, 38-year old Josh Barnett said he remembered a time when Ben Rothwell — whom he faces in the co-main event at UFC on FOX 18 on Saturday night — came to him for advice.
This was back when Barnett was the UFC champion, and Rothwell was just getting his legs under him as a fighter.
