John Teixeira, Alejandra Lara sign new long-term contracts with Bellator

John Teixeira and Alejandra Lara are not going anywhere.
Brazilian featherweight “Macapa” and Colombian flyweight “Azul” have signed new long-term deals with Bellator, promotion officials told MMA Fighting on Monday.
Teixeira (21-3-2) came close to earning a shot at the 145-pound championship in Bellator before losing back-to-back fights to Daniel Weichel and Pat Curran. “Macapa” was 9-1 with four Bellator wins prior to his losing skid.
Lara (7-1) successfull
