Ian McCall vs. Justin Scoggins targeted for UFC 201

Ian McCall is back.
After some rumblings of retirement, the popular flyweight has verbally agreed to return to the Octagon against Justin Scoggins at UFC 201 on July 30 in Atlanta, McCall confirmed with MMA Fighting on Friday. "Uncle Creepy" posted about the fight initially on his Instagram and Scoggins responded about it on Twitter.I'm baaack!!!! July 30th against @scogginsdragonhouse in Atlanta @ufc #201
