Conor McGregor opens as favorite over Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205

Conor McGregor is a favorite in the main event of the UFC's historic debut event in New York City.
For now, anyway.
McGregor opened at -150 on the Bovada online sports book for his fight against lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 after it was announced Monday night on ESPN by UFC president Dana White. Alvarez opened at +120.
Those odds will more than likely fluctuate as Nov. 12 gets closer. The UFC will hold a press conference for the blockbuster card Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET at Madi
