Cole Miller Will Face BJ Penn At UFC 199

Just a day after Dennis Siver bowed out of a planned UFC 199 meeting with BJ Penn, the former UFC champion has a new opponent.Cole Miller will replace Siver and meet Penn next month from The Forum in California.
