Preseason’s Highest-Rated Passer Among Vikings Practice Squad Signees

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — Kyle Sloter, who started just nine games at quarterback in college but became a preseason sensation when he led the NFL with a 125.4 passer rating, said Sunday he’s signed with the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad.
