Locke still battling left biceps tendinitis

Marlins left-hander Jeff Locke spent Tuesday resting his arm, while his teammates continued Spring Training in preparation for the 2017 season. It was the third day of inactivity for Locke, who is battling tendinitis in his left bicep.
