Sources: Rangers' Fox (upper body) set for LTIR

The Rangers will place defenseman Adam Fox on long-term injured reserve with an upper body injury, sources told ESPN's Emily Kaplan. Fox is considered week-to-week, but should be ready for the Olympics if selected by Team USA.
