Sabres Extend Peyton Krebs After Arbitration

According to Elliotte Friedman, the Buffalo Sabres and Peyton Krebs have settled their arbitration case. Krebs will sign a four-year extension in Buffalo with a $4.5MM cap hit, per Friedman.
