Hicks helps to keep Tigers rolling vs. White Sox

Mike Fiers didn't get a win for his 33rd birthday, but the Tigers picked up their third consecutive victory with another late rally. John Hicks singled and scored on an infield grounder in the eighth inning to lift Detroit to a 4-3 win over the White Sox on Friday night at Guaranteed Rate Field. Hicks also hit a solo homer in the second inning, his sixth of the season. Omar Narvaez hit a three-run homer in the sixth to represent Chicago's lone runs.
