Rumors surrounding who Manny Pacquiao would be facing next was widespread. The future first-ballot Hall of Famer made it no secret that he was interested in facing any of the top names at the welterweight division.After months of sifting through several opponents, he has now made his decision.
Pacquiao, 42, has remained sidelined for roughly one and a half years since his 12 round split decision win over Keith Thurman in July of 2019. Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39 KOs) enjoyed success
