Neemias Queta, Celtics Agree To Four-Year, $56M Extension

The Boston Celtics and Neemias Queta have agreed to a four-year, $56 million extension. Queta emerged last season as the Celtics starting center and is rewarded with a long-term deal.
Boston picked up their $2.7 million team for Queta for the upcoming season. This extension will start with the 2027-28 season and run through the 2030-31 season.
Queta played in 76 games (75 starts) last season for the Celtics. The 7-footer averaged 10.2 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game.
