Hoffman gets called up, sparkles over 7 innings

The Rockies officially recalled right-hander Jeff Hoffman from Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday to start that night's game against the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park, and optioned outfielder Raimel Tapia to Albuquerque.
