Plans being made to drain Palisades, deconstruct dam

Independent Staff | Star Valley IndependentAuthorities are currently making plans to completely drain the Palisades Reservoir in western Wyoming and eastern Idaho.
Once the reservoir is bone dry and empty, the dam will likely be deconstructed to allow unrestricted flow of the Snake River.
