U-Haul operator who spilled load on freeway suspected of drunken driving

A 54-year-old Chicago man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after his U-Haul truck overturned on northbound Interstate 94, spreading his personal possessions across the road and closing all lanes of traffic for about two hours late Friday into early Saturday, the Racine County Sheriff's Office said.
