Should city shoo homeless from downtown Wichita park?

People take cover under the gazebo at Naftzger Memorial Park. A proposal to renovate the park would get rid of the gazebo, pond, waterfall, benches, picnic tables and trees to basically create an artificial-turf open field where live music events could be held.
