Worker fatally injured under West Seattle Bridge is identified

The construction worker killed Friday below the West Seattle Bridge has been identified. Rafe Rasmussen, 40, lived in Mountlake Terrace, said his girlfriend. He returned to Seattle after high school, working as a fisherman, and later as maritime-industry metal worker
