Witness says he doctored documents at Troy Kelley’s behest

Jason JeRue, a key witness in the government’s case against the Washington state auditor, told jurors Thursday that he “zeroed out” spreadsheets to get a client of Kelley’s former real-estate-services firm to stop questioning the handling of fees.
