Semitruck crash on I-5, winter weather causing massive gridlock in Seattle

There's still no estimate of when Interstate 5 will reopen, after a truck rollover led to the complete shutdown of the freeway between I-90 and the West Seattle Bridge. And a late-afternoon dump of snowfall further complicated people's commutes.
