Seattle man sentenced to nearly 23 years for strangling ex-girlfriend

A King County judge on Friday sentenced Burrell Cushman for strangling his ex-girlfriend in her Kirkland home in January 2014. A jury found Cushman, 30, guilty of second-degree murder and violating a no-contact order in July.
