Northbound I-5 blocked following double-fatal collision in Lacey

The wreck involving an overturned semi-truck happened Tuesday evening just south of Marvin Road about 5:50 p.m. and involved multiple vehicles, Washington State Patrol Trooper Shaneka Phillips said.
