Lt. Gov. Brad Owen chastises fellow Democrat seeking to replace him

Washington Lieutenant Gov. Brad Owen is taking a parting shot at one of the Democratic state senators seeking to replace him. But state Sen. Cyrus Habib blasted Owen and called the letter inaccurate.
