Lawyers for detained ‘Dreamer’ claim government misconduct

In advance of a court hearing Friday, lawyers for a detained “Dreamer” say they have evidence of serious misconduct at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma. The allegation came as the lawyers and the government submitted wildly contradictory briefs.
