Inslee to announce I-405 tolling changes, I-5 improvements

After criticism of the new Interstate 405 toll system and GOP lawmakers’ vote to fire Transportation Secretary Lynn Peterson, Gov. Jay Inslee is expected to announce changes Tuesday.
