Governor’s Arts and Heritage Awards announced

This year, winners of the Governor’s Arts and Heritage Awards included painter and community leader Barbara Earl Thomas, musician and filmmaker Quinton Morris and Tejano musician Oscar Galvan, plus the Vashon Center for the Arts and the Asia Pacific Cultural Center in Tacoma.
