Disclosure commission set to vote on streamlining, penalty hikes

The state Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) is expected to vote Thursday morning on changes intended to help reduce the time it takes to resolve some disclosure complaints, as well as proposals to raise the penalties for some violations.
