Vermont’s opiate policy is killing us

Having not been to the state in decades, I didn’t know what to expect, but anticipated an environment similar to many Southern cities I’d been to in recent years: long on MAGA and sprawl and short on local color. Instead, I found a colorful small city that reminded me of Burlington. It’s home to the vibrant University of Arkansas campus.
