UPDATED: Prosecutor drops felony charges in Sawyer case

RUTLAND — Rutland County State’s Attorney Rose Kennedy has dropped four felony charges, including three attempted murder counts, brought against Jack Sawyer, who police said had threatened to shoot up Fair Haven Union School.
