Tractor-trailer crash narrows I-91 for possibly a week

HARTLAND — Transportation officials say Interstate 91 northbound traffic could remain reduced to one lane in Hartland for “a week or more” after a tractor-trailer struck a bridge guardrail Tuesday morning and came to rest partly over the Ottauquechee River.
