State of Vermont releases an RFP for a Decarbonization Study
The State of Vermont seeks proposals for an analysis of decarbonization methods in Vermont. An RFP is available at http://www.leg.state.vt.us/jfo/decarbonization_study.aspx. Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on July 20, 2018.
