Scott approves updated ethics code addressing sexual misconduct

Gov. Phil Scott signed an executive order last week updating the code of ethics for the executive branch of Vermont state government, requiring his appointees to prevent workplace sexual harassment among other changes.
The order follows in the wake of numerous revelations this year about widespread workplace sexual harassment in the public and private sector and an apparent shift in attitudes toward
