OneCare submits $779 million budget to regulators

The largest health care reform organization in the state has submitted a $779 million budget to regulators at the Green Mountain Care Board.
OneCare Vermont, which is jointly owned by the University of Vermont Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, submitted the budget Friday.
