Mark Higley: Registration of home improvement providers unnecessary

The Sunrise Review report on the home improvement/builder industry from the secretary of state’s Office of Professional Regulation has been completed. It recommends the mandatory registration for providers of home-improvement services, which includes work done in or on residential homes, and voluntary state-backed certification.
