Karen Glitman named Efficiency Vermont director

The country’s first energy-efficiency utility, Efficiency Vermont, has hired former Rep. Karen Glitman as its director.
The move accompanies former director Liz Gamache’s departure to accept a position at the Vermont Community Foundation.
