Jim Stephenson: State should be held responsible for EB-5 mess

The Stowe Reporter recently published an article  written by VTDigger. The article reports on the lawsuit by Barr Law in Stowe trying to represent investors in the Jay Peak Ponzi scheme. The suit is against 10 Vermont officials who allowed this scam to continue and get new investors for Jay Peak, Newport and Burke
