Burlington – Jacqueline Dragon joined Howard Center as Human Resources Director in December. Ms. Dragon will provide strategic leadership for Human Resources to include workforce planning and employee engagement for the organization’s 1,500 employee workforce.“We are pleased to welcome Jacquie to Howard Center.
