Fourth BT bidder may return

BURLINGTON — The mayor and the City Council said Tuesday that they’ve agreed to see if a potential conflict of interest with a dropped Burlington Telecom bid can be resolved.
When the city publicly unveiled the bids from the finalists still in the running to purchase the fiber optic network last week, there were three instead of the expected four.
