Environmental groups plan protests at governors’ conference

New England governors, Canadian premiers from the eastern provinces and energy industry leaders converging in Stowe next week will be joined by advocates with divergent views on the region’s renewable energy future.
With energy the major focus of the gathering, a coalition of groups is hosting counter eve
