Don’t blame incomers for Vermont’s housing woes

Dear Editor,We know Vermont has a housing problem; affordability and availability are both major issues here. I moved here during Covid-19 not to get away from a city but because my family lived here. I wanted to be a part of my grandchildren’s lives, so here I am. I want to rebut something a previous letter to VTDigger raised, saying newcomers to Vermont paid “obscene prices” for housing and ruined it for everyone else in the state.
