Clothing maker Ibex lays off 12 workers, changes retail strategy

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Outdoor apparel maker Ibex Outdoor Clothing, citing the need to make “significant changes in the organization,” laid off 12 employees last week as it looks to adjust its business in the face of upheaval roiling the retail industry.
“Ibex continues to operate in anticipation of more significant changes in our business in the next few months,” Ibex CEO Ted Manning said
