Workshops offered for those living with chronic conditions

PROVOUtah County residents are invited to attend a free six-session, evidence-based workshop designed for those dealing with a chronic or limiting health condition.
The workshops will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 13 through Oct. 18, at the Utah County Health Department's American Fork office, 599 S. 500 East, or at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 27 through Nov. 1, at the department's Provo office, 151 S. University Ave.
