Without tax bill passage, Hatch says he 'probably would' be running again

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, said Wednesday he "probably would" be running for another term had President Donald Trump's tax cut not been passed by Congress and stopped short of endorsing Mitt Romney as his successor.
