West Valley police investigating overnight shooting

WEST VALLEY CITY — Police on Wednesday were trying to sort out the details of an overnight shooting.Just before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to an area hospital where a man who had been shot in the shoulder was being treated, said West Valley police spokeswoman Roxeanne Vainuku.
